ADP TotalSource lets small- to medium-sized business owners outsource their HR function, e.g. insurance, worker's comp claims, payroll, onboarding, and regulatory compliance. For several years we worked on remodeling their online communications, methodically making it all clear, simple, and approachable while working within their brand.
Back to basics: We took a cluttered, newspaper-style home page and reduced it to the essentials. Marketing was pleased with the amount of play given to their message, and the other departments were satisfied that existing clients could easily find the entry points to the information they needed.
The HR person at a client company uses this dashboard to track HR issues, view metrics, and receive alerts of impending due dates and regulatory deadlines.
Once a month this email is dispatched to the client company's executive team, the reasoning being that if they don't log in to the dashboard regularly, this information will be pushed to them and will be less likely to be ignored.
