I was engaged to generate new ideas for AT&T Wireless online store.
A customer answers a few questions about what she wants in a cell phone, and the back end system provides recommendations, which are displayed here, with the ability for the user to revise choices and see how those changes impact the phone recommendations.
A different approach to deducing consumer preferences: Instead of asking a list of questions, the user chooses one of several personas, as well as preferred brand and price range.
A new storefront for the online store.
